Our client, a leading provider of software as a service online solutions to the Life Science sector are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. This role will suit a Project Coordinator who is highly organised and analytical, ideally coming from a life science or pharmaceutical background.You will be responsible for assisting in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. This role is based fully onsite in their South Dublin offices.
Role Overview:
Project Coordinator coming from pharmaceutical or life science backgroundFully onsite in South Dublin
Salary €35/40k
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and comprehensive responses to project-related queries via phone, email, and remote support channelsActively engage with project stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for information
Facilitate remote training sessions for global sites of effective use of their systems
Consistently meet company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks for response times and reporting
Accurately document all customer interactions and issues encountered, maintaining up-to-date and detailed records
Continuously seek and implement opportunities for process or product improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiencyAssist with logistical tasks and coordination as required to support project delivery.
Role Requirements:
3+ years experience in a similar position, ideally from a life science or pharmaceutical backgroundComputer Science or other relevant 3rd level qualification
Experience in managing external customer
Detailed and highly organised with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
