Location: Bride Road, Dublin 8Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 Hours per week | Day & Night Shift Rotation
Salary: €37,281.40 (includes Unsocial Hours Allowance, alternate Saturdays/Sundays and night allowance)

3Q Recruitment is hiring a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support residents within a long-established non-profit residential support service in Dublin 8.
This Healthcare Assistant role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and structured residential environment where dignity, respect and person-centred support are central to daily life.
You will support vulnerable adults within a respected non-profit service while working as part of a caring and team-focused environment.

What You’ll DoSupport residents within a safe and respectful residential environment
Assist with daily routines and support needs
Promote dignity, empathy and person-centred support
Support residents during admissions and room changes
Maintain high standards across communal living areas
Complete scheduled safety checks and record keeping
Support residents with information and practical guidance
Work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Need
Experience supporting vulnerable adults within care, healthcare or community settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professional boundaries
Good written and computer skills
Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or Social Care qualificationFirst Aid, Fire Safety or HACCP training
Knowledge of addiction support and recovery approaches
Experience with incident reporting and client record systems
Subject to:
Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant rolesInternational Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
