Field Sales Representative

Industry: Roofing, Waterproofing & Insulation Products

A global leader in roofing, waterproofing, and insulation is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join its distribution team.

This is a great opportunity to work with an established and innovative manufacturer, representing high-quality products to builder's merchants, contractors, and specifiers. You'll manage an existing customer base while also developing new business across Leinster and Connacht.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
• Deliver product presentations and technical support
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide market feedback

Key Requirements:

• Proven success in construction-related sales
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of roofing or building materials preferred
• Solid understanding of the construction industry
