Role Overview
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all general civils activities onsite. You will work closely with site personnel to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and compliant site, working closely with Health & Safety teams
- Coordinate, plan, and report on subcontractor performance
- Monitor progress against the agreed project schedule
- Provide clear direction, leadership, and motivation to site teams
- Collaborate effectively as part of a wider project team
- Strong background in civils roles with extensive onsite experience
- Proven ability to manage teams and large numbers of contractors
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within demanding timeframes
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
