As operations continue to scale, they're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our fulfilment centre in Belfast and lead the day-to-day running of our warehouse team and systems.
The company is also considering a site in Dublin which could open as soon as February.
Role Overview
As E Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse activities-from goods-in to pick, pack, and ship. You'll lead a growing team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure we continue delivering excellent service across both ecommerce and wholesale channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring sharp organisational skills, strong knowledge of digital warehouse systems, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of products
- Maintain smooth daily operations across all fulfilment workflows
- Monitor stock levels and locations using WMS
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure accuracy
- Ensure timely, accurate picking and shipping of all customer and wholesale orders
- Liaise with carriers and 3PLs to meet delivery expectations
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff
- Create a positive, performance-focused culture with clear expectations and support
- Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reduced error rates
- Implement new processes and tools to streamline operations
- Ensure all activities meet health and safety regulations
- Create a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment
- Generate performance reports on order accuracy, fulfilment speed, stock levels etc.
- Report insights and operational risks to senior management
- Proven experience managing a warehouse team, in a D2C ecommerce and/or wholesale environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy - confident using WMS (Peoplevox preferred) and ERP systems (Brightpearl/Netsuite)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
