Payroll Administrator – Permanent, Part-Time

We are currently recruiting a part-time Payroll Administrator on behalf of a growing and supportive accounting and advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage payroll services across a varied client portfolio in a flexible and collaborative environment.

For you:

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, 3–4 Days per Week
Annual Leave: 21 Days (Pro Rata)

Location: Dublin 2 – Potential for hybrid flexibility after probation

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
Handle payroll-related queries professionally and efficiently
Communicate directly with clients and their employees regarding payroll matters
Manage Revenue submissions and related correspondence

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

Key Experience:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a payroll-focused role
Payroll qualification is desirable but not essential – experience is key
Proficient in payroll software and general Microsoft Office tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage your own workload and schedule with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time role
