Salary: €34,000 – €38,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

We are currently seeking 3 motivated and skilled Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team as we prepare to officially commence operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality Vietnamese and Asian dishes.
Support senior chefs in the cooking process, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and ensuring stock rotation.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
Contribute to the creation and testing of new menu items under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role, ideally within an Asian restaurant.
Strong cooking and knife skills, with a genuine passion for Vietnamese/Asian cuisine.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ, diploma, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

Language Requirement
