Essential requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential
- Minimum of two years´ experience in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role in an international environment, preferably in-house, experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong interviewing skills, combined with an ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates
- Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage high volumes of requisitions and applicants
- Bachelor’s degree and a desire to keep learning
- Business savviness and an interest in the healthcare sector
- Collaboration, maturity, ability to think on your feet, navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity
- A positive, friendly and articulate personality, with a customer-focused approach
