Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; Responsible for
food hygiene. He/she should be able to report head chef, should be able to creative enough for recipes, presentation etc. HACCP trained an advantage. Knowledge of halal food and Indian/Pakistani ingredients is must.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; highstandards of food hygiene, health, and safety, Salary 3s,000 per year, 39h per week work.
