Excellent remote opportunity for an experienced Senior International Payroll professional to join a leading Technology company on a one-year contract initially. Working as part of the APAC & EMEA Payroll team you will be responsible for assisting with the transition of processes to a new system whilst also be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in compiling monthly payroll for our international operations in APAC/EMEA regions.
  • Scrutinize and verify the correctness of approved timesheets.
  • Handle alterations in employee details, tax information, incentives, referral bonuses, and extra payments.
  • Support in inputting onboarding data across all HR systems such as ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Manage employee records across HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates, and verify payroll data precision within our HRIS.
  • Conduct routine audits to guarantee payroll data precision within our HRIS.
  • Prepare punctual and precise annual reports to adhere to diverse local regulations.
  • Serve as a dependable liaison for internal and external inquiries, fostering effective partnerships.
  • Oversee payroll vendors and interfaces with benefits providers.
  • Assist the Payroll team in large-scale employee alterations and data cleanup tasks.
  • Aid Finance in reconciling payroll-related matters and general ledger accounts.
  • Fulfil any additional duties and obligations as designated.

A Bit About You:

  • At least 3 -6 years of multi country Payroll experience is essential
  • Experience working EMEA or APAC payrolls is essential
  • IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with RSUs, equity and BIKs highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • ADP systems experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with a system implementation/process transition is an advantage
