Description of the Role:
Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support business objectives.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, analyze financial performance, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor and control cash flow, manage debt, and assess financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability and profitability.
Operations Management: Oversee accounting operations, manage the month-end closing process, and ensure the efficient use of financial resources.Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax laws, and manage relationships with financial institutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of accounting and finance professionals, delegate tasks, and ensure the team meets financial goals.
Required Skills Required:
Technical Skills:Accounting Software: Proficiency in financial software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Strong skills in complex financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel.
Accounting Principles: Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
