Key Responsibilities:Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assisting residents with mobility and transfers. Supporting residents with meal times and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Requirements:QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent is an advantage. Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate nature and empathetic approach to patient care.
Physical stamina to perform various duties. Preferably holding a healthcare-related qualification. Prior experience in patient care is advantageous.
