The Role

This is a full-time position within a professional office environment. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and setup
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and professional front-office administrator with at least five years’ experience in a receptionist or similar role.
