Location: North West, will suit candidates residing in the regions of Roscommon, Leitrim, Sligo and Galway

Our Client

Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor of Agricultural parts and machinery based in the UK and Ireland but also exporting Internationally. With 60 years’ industry experience and given to further growth opportunities; they are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Territory Sales Manager to manage and maintain relationships (B2B) with an existing client portfolio in North West Region of Ireland.

The Role

You will promote and increase the sales revenue of our clients extensive and well-established product range. As a Territory Manager, you will be a key player in driving our client’s company's growth by expanding their customer base and increasing sales in the agricultural sector.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their customer base, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions from our client’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on progress to the sales manager.
  • Have a proven track record in agricultural sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural products, technologies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role and industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and progress.
  • Full clean Driving Licence.

  • Competitive Salary OTE €40k (Basic €24k plus commission of €10k (guaranteed €6k for 4months) with additional bonus payments on meeting targets

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday

Pay: From €40,000.00 per year OTE
