Manage the day-to-day operation, coordination, and administration of the CE Drug Rehabilitation Scheme.
Liaise closely with care and case management teams, treatment providers, and local support services to ensure participant stability and progress.
Oversee financial administration including payroll, claims, reporting, and compliance with DSP and governance standards.
Support participants with training, education, and work placements, including the development of Individual Learner Plans (ILPs).
Supervise, mentor, and motivate participants to achieve personal and career progression goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and CE procedures.
Report regularly to the Sponsoring Committee on scheme progress and outcomes.
Programme Management & AdministrationManage the day-to-day delivery of the CE Drug Rehabilitation Scheme.
Administer payroll, financial returns, claims, and budgets in line with DSP and governance requirements.
Maintain accurate timekeeping, records, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with financial, programme, and training monitoring requirements.
Participant Training & DevelopmentDevelop and manage Individual Learner Plans (ILPs) for all participants.
Liaise with addiction services to align ILPs with individual care plans.
Identify and coordinate training opportunities, ensuring value for money and DSP compliance.
Support participants in achieving recognised qualifications and progression targets.
Organise internal and external work placements and job search activities.
Human Resource ManagementOversee CE recruitment and induction processes in line with DSP procedures.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate participants, addressing challenges and disciplinary issues as required.
Work with participants to develop long-term career and progression plans.
Implement exit and after-care supports, including follow-up with participants post-programme.
Manage scheme staff, training, and development needs.
Scheme ManagementEnsure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Supervise, schedule, and support participant work activities.
Maintain strong communication with DSP, local treatment providers, and regional drug/alcohol task forces.
