We are currently recruiting Nurses to join on a permanent basis across Residential Services- The Role
As a Nurse, you will:
- Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings
- Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
- Clinical Practice & Care
- Medication Management
- Clinical Governance & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records
- Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment
- Applicant Requirements
- NMBI Registration (adaptation is not available)
- Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
- A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism
- Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care
