My client is looking for a friendly, organised and adaptable Front of House Receptionist to join their Group Admin Team. If you're personable, professional and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do- Answer calls on the switchboard and direct them appropriately
- Welcome and register all visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Provide refreshments for meetings and visitors
- Handle post and arrange couriers
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Assist with in-house events
- Support ad hoc admin tasks
- Gain experience supporting different teams - Marketing, Facilities, Recruitment, Sales, Wellbeing, HR
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Positive /"can-do/" attitude
This role reports to the Office Manager and offers a great opportunity to work as part of a supportive team, learn from multiple departments and develop a wide range of administrative skills.
