We now have a requirement for more maintenance technicians to join our team.
The successful candidate should be able to diagnose issues, carry out reporting and fault finding in multiple discipline across a wide range of activities.
The works involve general building maintenance, signage, landscaping, civil works, painting, roof repairs, glazing, ceilings, partitions, minor plumbing & electrical maintenance, etc.
Ensure all work is in compliance with regulations and company standards.
Liaise with managers, other trades and clients as required.
Participate in a callout Rota.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Areas of facility maintenance on various retail and commercial premises.
Clean full drivers license.
Candidate will be travelling and be available for callouts.
