RTR Manager – Advisory FAAS

About the Role

A leading professional services organization is seeking an RTR Manager to join its Advisory FAAS team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with global exposure and a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Review and approve month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustments
• Oversee reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation
• Conduct balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Review financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentation
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead and manage medium-to-large teams across various functions
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing complex close and reporting processes
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Blackline experience desirable
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
