We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated FacilitiesEngineering Lead to take a lead role in managing mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations, contractor control, and facilities maintenance at a dynamic client site. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced facilities environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the on-site M&E team
Manage contractor access, documentation, RAMS, and permit-to-work processes
Oversee and coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and quoted works
Ensure site safety, compliance, and adherence to all relevant regulations and procedures
Maintain effective documentation, reporting, and contractor performance reviews
Liaise with the facilities coordinator to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of works
Support and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements
Ensure proper use and logging within CAFAM (Maximo) system

Work closely with the Health & Safety team to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Certifications such as HVAC, PMP, IFMA, CFM, or relevant compliance training are desirable
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Proven experience in contractor management, safety compliance, and permit-to-work systems
Strong decision-making, communication, and organisational skills
Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment reliability management

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving site demands
