About the Role

We are seeking results-driven Area Managers to drive sales growth, expand the company's retail network, and strengthen customer relationships in a fast-moving fuels market. This role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, and business development to deliver on ambitious growth targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the retail footprint.
• Secure new business and manage long-term customer partnerships across multiple formats (brand/supply agreements, consignment, leasing, Fuel Pods, supply-only).
• Collaborate with Commercial and Wholesale teams to align activity and maximise opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Support network expansion by identifying and evaluating new site opportunities.
• Maintain records, forecasts, and accurate sales reporting.
• Uphold brand standards and support marketing initiatives.

• Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven success as an Area or Sales Manager in the fuel or energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a competitive market.
