Job Description:
The Kitchen Catering BBQ T/a Benvindo is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and achieve financial goals, contributing to the continued success of our establishment.
Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations for optimal efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with chefs to plan and deliver high-quality menus.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and control costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal licensing requirements.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related area.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards, financial management, and team supervision.
Salary: €34.000 per year.Hour Salary: €16,77
Hours per Week: 39 hours.
