Team Lead – Social Media Advertising (Strategic Agencies) - French Speaker

Location: Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 4

Job Type: Full-Time, Initial Fixed Term contract with a view of extension

I am looking to speak to experienced French-speaking digital marketing professionals to lead a dynamic, multilingual team supporting a major Social Media client in the digital marketing space.

This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a high-performing team that supports strategic agencies and advertisers, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and drives measurable business outcomes.

You’ll play a key leadership role in one of our most impactful social media partnerships - helping businesses grow brand visibility, boost product sales, and scale their advertising impact through innovative ad solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in a high-profile, client-facing role—engaging agencies and demonstrating strong sales acumen while coaching your team to exceed expectations.
  • Manage a team of account managers focused on supporting strategic agencies and their clients.
  • Drive operational excellence by creating scalable programs, optimizing workflows, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder in our client’s social media agency business, representing the agency segment in internal and external meetings.
  • Provide regular team leadership through 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline forecasting, and daily coaching.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent
  • Occasional travel may be required.
What do you Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team lead or team manager role,ideally with a focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies.
  • Proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and agency business models.
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in client-facing settings.
