The Role:
As a Store Sales Assistant you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily within your team so that you can be a part of an exceptional customer experience in your store. You will support your Store Manager and Supervisor with daily sales, service, and tasks within store.You should be comfortable customer interaction and sharing product information, tips and tricks with your customers each day. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and Ireland, that plays a vital part in the retail side of NEOM.

Responsibilities:
Key objectives & Responsibilities- Help to drive forward sales and company objectives
- Capable in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive
- Always provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Always maintain company standards
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store Manager or Supervisor
- You will work closely with your Store Manager and Supervisor daily who will keep you up to date with store activity and the wider business activity.
- Other key partnerships will include your store colleagues who you will work with daily. There are often opportunities to work in our partnering stores where you will meet other Store Managers and their teams.
Social and Environmental responsibilities
You will be responsible for proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers, whether this is through minimising store waste, educating customers on how to reuse, refill or recycle their products, becoming an advocate for inclusive work environments, joining our volunteer days or raising awareness for our charity partners.Everyone at NEOM has a part to play.
Qualifications:
Behaviours and skills- Retail and customer service experience
- IT literate and capable in MS Office, Excel and Google Drive
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multitask
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain impeccable standards in store
