Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Support kitchen staff by ensuring the timely supply of clean dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
Dispose of waste properly and adhere to recycling procedures.
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. HACCP knowledgeCollaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices is advantageous.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced culinary setting.
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist others as needed.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
