The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to contribute to a venue that transitions seamlessly from premium dining to late-night service.
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, and support the senior chefs in delivering a consistent and memorable culinary experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and run your designated section during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance
Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Support junior kitchen staff and foster a positive team environment
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in high-volume or multi-service venues is an advantage
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to work evenings and late nights (essential)
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for food, presentation, and innovation
