Magnus Search are looking for a Service Engineer to work in the Republic of Irelandfor a rapidly growing company. This amazing opportunity is a Full Time Permanent role, where you will be working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

As a Service Engineer you will role will include:
- Diagnose, service, and resolve warranty and maintenance issues efficiently aiming for first-time fixes
- Identify fault causes and determine whether they are manufacturing or installation/user-related
- Carry out chargeable work, upsell services where appropriate, and take payment on-site
- Accurately record all work, faults, and test results, and report findings to the technical team
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, issuing notices where required
- Maintain tools, parts returns, and company vehicle to a high standard
- Attend training sessions and support product training when needed
- Delivering high-quality service and technical expertise while always ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Experience servicing heating appliances or similar field-based equipment
- Full driving licence and Registered Gas Installer (RGI) certification (ROI)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, professional approach
- Confident discussing work, costs, and payments face-to-face
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable using digital systems for reporting
Desirable:
- Electrical safety or safe isolation knowledge
- Solid fuel certifications or related installation experience
