Are you an experienced leader with a track record of driving sales and developing high-performing teams? An exciting opportunity awaits for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of field-based Account Managers within a thriving sector.
This role is pivotal within the leadership team, requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to achieve and exceed regional sales goals. Key responsibilities include leading the team in achieving KPIs, fostering talent development, and enhancing customer relationships to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.You will coordinate regional meetings, product launches, and performance reviews while aligning your team with the company’s values and strategic objectives.
Candidates must have proven experience in managing field sales teams, a strong background in technical solutions or complex products, and a degree qualification (Master’s preferred). Excellent planning, time management, and change management skills are essential.
