We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited ( The Croft Nursing Home - 2 Goldenbridge Walk, Inchicore, Dublin D08 AY24).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are excited to offer opportunities for full-time Health Care Assistants. In this role, you will:
- Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
- Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
- Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
- Engage residents
Desirable Qualifications:
- FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
- Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
- At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
