Location: South Dublin (onsite)Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 + benefits
Overview
An expanding organisation in South Dublin is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support its growing planning and forecasting function.This is a newly created role driven by increased product demand and complexity. It will suit a Junior Buyer, Supply Chain Coordinator, or early-career professional looking to build a career in planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
The Role
Working closely with the Forecasting Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating demand and supply activities, ensuring the business maintains the right stock levels while supporting future growth.This position has a strong administrative and coordination focus, with exposure to planning processes and clear progression into a Supply Chain Planner role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders with international suppliersSupport demand planning and forecasting activities
Coordinate stock requirements based on sales and business inputs
Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and product turnover
Prepare reports and provide insights on stock performance and trends
Assist in resolving supply chain issues impacting availability and service levels
Maintain accurate data across systems including SAP and Excel
Contribute to improving forecast accuracy and planning processes

Strong exposure to planning, forecasting, and inventory managementOpportunity to develop analytical and systems skills (including SAP)
A clear pathway into a Supply Chain Planner / Forecasting role
Involvement in a business experiencing continued growth and expansion
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a supply chain, purchasing, or administrative roleThird-level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or similar
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working with data and Excel
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
Exposure to forecasting, inventory management, or S&OP is beneficial but not essential
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
