Sinnott Training & Certification Ltd. T/A STAC Emergency Response are seeking a highly skilled and certified Risk Management Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in Ireland. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive range of risk management certifications and skills, which are crucial for maintaining and enhancing protocols within our industrial, manufacturing, construction, and energy generation client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed civil engineering risk assessments and implement methodologies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential hazards.Inspections: Perform regular inspections of lifting tackles and other equipment to ensure they meet standards and regulations. Oversee all compliance aspects, including working at heights, advanced driving, and lifting tackle inspections.
Workplace Risk Management: Implement and manage programs, conduct safety training sessions, and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, determine root causes, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with legal requirements and construction regulations in Ireland. Provide training and guidance on management practices, legal liabilities, and first aid.
Hazard Identification: Continuously identify and assess hazards within the workplace, ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken.
Emergency Response: Provide Rescue and first aid in emergency situations, ensuring preparedness for any incidents.
Operation Risk Management: Develop and implement operational risk management plans to minimise risks associated with engineering and construction activities.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk management methodologies for emergency response projects and teams.
Oversee all compliance aspects, including working at heights, advanced driving, and lifting tackle inspection.
Implement and manage programs in accordance with national construction regulations.
Conduct workplace incident investigations and continuous hazard identification to mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain safety documentation and records.
