Overview:

We are seeking our new Leadership & Talent Development Manager to join the Axway team!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Leadership & Talent Development to join our global Talent & Development Centre of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the Head of the CoE — who is a member of the HRLT — this role holds primary responsibility for two strategic pillars: leadership development and talent management.

These areas sit within the broader CoE mandate across performance and culture, and this role provides deep, focused expertise in specifically those two areas, while contributing to the wider organisational agenda.

Success in this role requires— the ability to zoom in to deliver UX focused, sustainable processes, and zoom out to connect work to enterprise‑level priorities. You will co‑design and implement impactful leadership development initiatives, lead global talent processes, and partner closely with business and HR leaders to strengthen organisational capability.

This position calls for someone who can navigate high levels of complexity — across systems, platforms, cultures— and bring clarity in a constantly evolving environment. Experience with organisational change/ cultural integration/M&A is a strong advantage.

This role requires hands‑on execution resilience and prowess with a long-term strategic lens, to ensure meaningful, organisation‑wide impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
  • Drive global talent processes, including calibration and high‑potential identification, aligned to performance management and succession planning.
  • Implement and optimise talent processes within Workday, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
  • Use assessments and data analytics to generate insights that shape talent decisions, leadership pipelines, and development planning.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to communicate, embed, and elevate the leadership & talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with and onboard external partners and suppliers to support program delivery and talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR domains.
  • Strong programme and project management skills, ideally gained in a multi‑region or global environment.
  • Someone who can navigate high levels of complexity — across systems, platforms, and culture – all three would be ideal— and bring clarity in a constantly evolving environment. Experience in M&A is a strong advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience running end‑to‑end global talent processes, with exposure to assessment tools.
  • Experience managing and onboarding external vendors and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • User-focused lens – in this case, the employee experience being front of mind
  • Preferred: Facilitation experience.
Language & Cultural Fit
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • French as a second language is preferred.
  • Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across global geographies.
