Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals within a busy healthcare kitchen
Maintain HACCP and food safety standardsSupport food preparation and daily catering service
Work closely with catering and kitchen teams
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen areas
Deliver high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements: QQI Level 6 Culinary Qualification
ORCity & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 Qualifications
Previous Chef experience within healthcare, hospitality or contract catering environments
HACCP and food safety knowledge
Ability to work efficiently within fast-paced kitchens
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility for temporary rostered shifts
Subject to: Garda Vetting where applicable
International Police Clearance where applicable
