Our client, a large, global pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, making sure their orders are processed, accurately and in a timely manner.

High attention to detail is essential as administration tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is a large part of your responsibility but this role does not involve working with a ticketing system, you will be assisting through calls and emails while processing orders and other every day tasks.

Hence, good prioritisation and multitasking skills are essential.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for bilingual Italian speakers that genuinely care about people and have excellent communication skills Any kind of previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but, again, not mandatory.

Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn is key.

THE PROCESS.

THE OTHER BITS

Salary is €16.41 per hour, with 37.5 hours per week, which is approx. €32,640 per year (before tax).

Contract will be with Cpl. Initially fixed term, but with strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent one.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).

There is hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.

It is likely that you will be full time in the office for the training period.
