Key Responsibilities- Perform carpentry works and finishes to the highest standards.
- Experience of 1st and 2nd fixing.
- Guide junior staff members through their apprenticeship.
- Be team focused working well with others.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
- Ensure PPE is worn at all times.
- Ensuring that problems are solved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with all departments of the business.
- Hard working, motivated, flexible & ability to work well in a busy environment.
- Willingness to work overtime/ weekends when needed.
- Ability to communicate in English language
