Digital Marketing Sales Team Lead – French
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to coach and lead a high-performing team of Agency Account Managers within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and proven experience working with agencies and large advertisers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers focused on scaling agency partnerships and advertiser relationships.
- Drive KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring the team consistently exceeds goals.
- Improve team productivity and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding client service.
- Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build a high-performance sales team.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales team lead or management role.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
- Demonstrated success managing teams working with large agencies and advertisers.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience recruiting and building high-performance sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
