Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Temporary Receptionist to join our team. This is a front-of-house role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to deliver outstanding first impressions to clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
  • Manage the switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as required
  • Oversee visitor registration, access cards, and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office management
  • Support staff with travel bookings and day-to-day requests

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
