About the Role:Be part of an international tech support team helping users navigate a top search engine platform. Use your German skills to assist customers with account issues, troubleshooting, and general queries via phone, chat, email, and social channels.
Requirements:
- Native German
- English B2
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Tech-friendly mindset
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit
