Part Time Sales Associates

Overview:

We’re on the lookout for Part-Time Sales Associates to join our brand-new store at Kildare Village, opening soon. Whether you're looking for 25, 20, 16, 12 or 10 hours per week, this is your chance to be part of something exciting from the very start.

You’ll be at the heart of the store experience, offering every customer a warm welcome and delivering excellent product knowledge and service that reflects our premium positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Build genuine connections with customers and understand their needs
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date on seasonal collections
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Operate tills, handle transactions, and support with store tasks as needed
• Represent the Russell & Bromley brand with pride and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is ideal (but not essential)
• Passionate about fashion, style, and premium customer service
• A great communicator with a friendly, confident manner
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced store environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile for customers
