This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

General operative

Busy well-established Community Centre St Andrew’s is looking for a general operative to help with setting up for our weekly activities, as well as our numerous yearly events. We would also need you to help-out generally, as St Andrew’s holds many training, social and meeting events.

We are close to Pearse Street Station, so our location should be convenient.

This position is a part-time Community Employment (CE) job, so you will need to be receiving an eligible Social Welfare payment.

The lowest weekly CE pay rate is €271.50, regardless of your current Social Welfare payment (you would give up your Social Welfare payment to transfer to the CE one). You will not lose any extra benefits you now receive from Social Welfare like Fuel Allowance.
