Key responsibilities include ensuring animal health and welfare, operating farm machinery like feeding equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the farm, and performing field work and grassland management. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills for working within a team.
