Here are Osborne we are proud to be working with one a state agency responsible for supporting and developing tourism across the country. They are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract, please see details below

Annual Leave: 23 Days
Length: Until August 2026

Salary: 42k+

Duties and Responsibilities:

Research ways for tourism businesses to use digital technology to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance visitor experiences.
Keep up to date with digital trends and share useful insights with the team.
Help deliver digital transformation projects, managing grants, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Handle applications, approvals, and claims using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar), ensuring accurate records.
Prepare reports and support financial and sustainability goals.

Provide general administrative and project support, including occasional travel within Ireland and abroad.

Requirements:

Essential

At least two years’ experience in tourism, digital, communications, or project management.
Good knowledge of digital tools and new technologies, including generative AI.
Experience preparing reports and managing budgets.

A QQI Level 6 or higher qualification in business, management, digital, or tourism.

Desirable:

Experience using CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Background in tourism or a related sector.
