Quality Technician

I am working with a well-established manufacturing client seeking a hands-on Quality Technician to support production and ensure high standards across all stages of the process.

This is a key role within the quality and operations team, offering strong exposure to inspection, compliance and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet specification
• Conduct regular floor audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain production standards
• Complete First Article Inspection reports and support new product introductions
• Manage non-conformance's, including documentation and root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate scrap records and support quality reporting
• Oversee calibration schedules and ensure measurement equipment is maintained

• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T
• Experience with manual measurement tools and CMM equipment (Zeiss or Aberlink advantageous)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
• Experience with ERP or QMS systems and strong Excel skills

This role would suit someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
