The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a Dublin-based Customer Service team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, processing sales orders, resolving queries and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer calls, queries and complaints
- Resolve pricing, product and delivery queries
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Maintain accurate customer records and administration
- Meet individual and team performance targets
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in healthcare and/or SAP is an advantage
