The Role: As Quality Coordinator, you will be a member of the site quality team, with
responsibility for maintaining product and quality compliance within the Abbott Carbury Point manufacturing environment.
This is an evening shift position, Mon -Thurs 16:00 - 00:00 and Friday 15:00 - 22:00
Major Responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality Front Line Leader, your primary responsibilities are:
- In process and final sampling and testing of manufactured product
- Coordination of in-process work order file documentation
- Operation and maintenance of electronic document management system
- Provision of assistance to various functions on quality, technical,
- documentation or other issues.
- Assistance with CAPA investigations and correction/corrective action plans.
- Assistance with internal and supplier audits
- Metric compilation and coordination
- Co-ordination of the retain sample and stability sample program
- Supporting laboratory activity where appropriately trained.
- EHS Responsibilities:
- Ensure Environmental Health & Safety standards are met and all EHS regulations and procedures are adhered to.
- Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and compliance through active participation and support of Abbott’s EHS Program
- Ensure to report any work-related injuries or illness to employee health and assist in the investigation.
- Active participation and support of Abbott’s EHS programs, and attend EHS training as assigned.
Education Required:
- Leaving certificate / A-level education and at least 3 years of work experience.
