Part-Time Receptionist Wanted

We're currently looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team.

This role is a key part of the day-to-day running of the business and would suit someone who enjoys working with people and being at the centre of a busy front desk.

This role is based in Cork City with set hours of Thursday & Friday 9-5.30pm and Saturdays 9-1.30pm.

This role is an immediate start.

What the role involves:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with general enquiries
• Managing bookings, appointments, or diaries (depending on the setting)
• Handling basic admin tasks such as filing, data entry, or emails
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
• Supporting the wider team where needed

What we're looking for:

• Someone approachable, polite, and confident speaking with people
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Punctual and reliable

Previous receptionist or admin experience is helpful but not required, as full training will be provided for the right person.
