Receptionist New - Cork

CPL are currently seeking an Receptionist for a short term cover with their client based in Carrigtwohill, Cork.

Details:

Cover for 8th of Setember-16th of September inclusive- working hours 7:30am-4pm

Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate message taking.
• Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
• Offer admin support as needed.
