We are seeking an experienced HRIS Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within our organisation.
This role will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful deployment of HR technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation through ServiceNow HRSD.
System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational needs.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Training & Support: Coordinate training sessions for HR staff and end-users, providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Reporting & Analytics: Establish metrics to measure project success and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 3 years focused on HRIS implementations, specifically ServiceNow HRSD.Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
