About the Role
FRS Recruitment is seeking a Agri Technical Sales Representative to join this dynamic and growing organisation.
You will inherit a well-established customer base built over four decades and will play a key role in maintaining and expanding these relationships.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen, driving continued growth across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and sales support to existing and new customers.
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, tenders, and orders.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share within target sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including fabrication, design, and stores departments, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at national trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage (technical or industrial preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agri, farming and engineering principles and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
