Job Description

Handing Capital Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing and Business Development Officer – China & East Asian Market to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of business development and marketing strategies, focused on expanding our presence within the Greater China and East Asian markets.

Responsibilities: Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among China and East Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with key investors, partners, and stakeholders across China, East Asia, and Ireland.
• Manage and maintain relationships with current clients and partners in both East Asia and Ireland to ensure continued business growth.
• Represent Handing Capital at relevant business events, conferences, and investment expos in both local and international real estate investment markets.
• Support business development strategies tailored to the needs of Chinese and East Asian clients while also contributing to the Irish market.
• Promote and highlight investment opportunities in the Irish real estate market to East Asian clients.

• Support and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting the Chinese market, with plans to expand to other East Asian countries.
• Optimize Handing Capital’s online presence across Chinese digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Baidu) and other platforms relevant to East Asia.
• Assist in creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the East Asian region.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote Handing Capital’s services and brand.
• Collaborate with the company's design team to conceptualize, supervise, create, and distribute online and offline marketing materials aimed at promoting the company and its services within the Chinese market.
• Conduct market research among real estate industry to track trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in China, East Asia, and Ireland.

• Assist in establishing and strengthening relationships with local Irish real estate agencies, property developers, and other stakeholders to support Handing Capital’s presence in the Irish market.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders for joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives that align with Handing Capital’s goals.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports and adjust strategies based on performance across multiple regions.

• 2–4 years in BD, marketing, or account management in East Asia or Irish property.
• Digital marketing experience on WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, LinkedIn, etc.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; other East Asian languages a plus.
• Experience with Irish real estate partnerships.
• Knowledge of East Asian marketing, consumer behavior, and real estate.
• Strong social media content creation skills.
